PRIVACY POLICY

At Arcadia Dolls we understand that your privacy is important.

In order to ensure that the items you have purchased reach you safely, Arcadia Dolls ("Arcadia Dolls" or "we") must ask you to provide us information about yourself. We take the privacy of your personal information very seriously and will only use your information in accordance with the terms of this Privacy Policy. We will not sell or rent your personally identifiable information or a list of our customers to third parties.

As a quick reference, our use of your personal information is limited to:

a) Collecting and storing information about our customers.
b) The postage of ordered items through our website or e-mail service to ensure that the items reach customers safely.
c) Sending our Newsletter via e-mail to customers who asked for this service.

At no time will you receive unsolicited mail, digitally or otherwise from us. If you are receiving our Newsletter and don't want to receive it anymore, just send us an e-mail to newsletter@arcadiadolls.com, with the subject "unsubscribe". Please inform us if you believe that any contravention of the above policy has occured.

REFUND POLICY

We only accept refunds in case of faulty or wrong items. If you would like to return your items to us, please e-mail us and tell us what's wrong with your items. Items must be returned to Arcadia Dolls within the next 10 days after receiving them.

Items returned must be in a new and unused condition. Your refund will only be given upon receipt of the returned items. The original shipping fee will not be refunded and any additional shipping costs will not be Arcadia Dolls' responsibility.

Exchanges are not accepted. If you wish to obtain a different product, you will have to go through the same ordering process again.

If the merchandise is damaged upon delivery, please e-mail us with a photo of the damaged product and we'll try our best to replace the damaged item. Arcadia Dolls must be notified of such damages within 48 hours of receipt and we will review each case separately to determine the best possible solution.

Cancellations of orders are to be made via e-mail, a total refund will be given if your items have not been processed. In the event that your order has been processed, a 20% restocking fee is charged and you will receive 80% of your original payment.

Custom Orders (for example, Atelier Arcadia's items) have a strict no refund policy. We ask that you, as the commissioner be very clear about what you want, and please voice out any displeasure with your commission before it is shipped out in order for us to give you the best service possible.

Please be aware that Arcadia Dolls reserves the right to change this refund policy at any time without notice depending on situations. Arcadia Dolls also reserves the right to cancel any order for any reason at any time. If this ever happens, Arcadia Dolls will notify you with the full reasons detailing why your order has been cancelled and a full refund will be made.

SHIPPING & HANDLING

All items are packaged individually and shipped out in cardboard boxes or padded envelopes via Registered Airmail, to ensure that they reach their destination in top condition. Depending on the country of destination, shipping can take between 3 to 10 working days. If you don't receive your parcel from us in more than 3 weeks from delivery notification, please contact us immediately.

Shipping is calculated based on the customer location and the weight of the package. Arcadia Dolls will not send out multiple orders separately, as we try to maintain a low shipping fee. Arcadia Dolls does not offer insurance on parcels. Please be aware that Arcadia Dolls will not accept responsibility of lost parcels. However, in such a situation, Arcadia Dolls will work out the best possible solution for both you, the customer, and us at Arcadia Dolls.

Arcadia Dolls will not ship if payment is not completed, unless there is a prior agreement between you, the customer, and Arcadia Dolls. Otherwise, all items will be shipped out when payment has been received and all items are completed. As soon as your order is shipped out, you will receive a notification e-mail from Arcadia Dolls with your tracking number.

If you need any change in your order or a cancellation, please contact us immediately at arcadia@arcadiadolls.com. After an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
