To place an order at the Arcadia Dolls Shop, send us an e-mail to orders@arcadiadolls.com with the following information:
1. Your full name
2. Your address
3. List of items you want to order with the following information for each item:
- Item name and code: For example, Lolita in Arcadia dress LA025
- Size: For example, Unoa size
- Options (if available): For example, heart-shaped patch: yes/no, color pink/blue
- Fabric type: For example, FLA13
Order Example:
1. Catherine Smith
2. 127 Sunshine Street, Los Angeles, CA 90097 (USA)
3. Items:
- Lolita in Arcadia dress LA025, size SD, heart-shaped patch: yes/pink, fabric FLA27.
- Lolita in Arcadia skirt LA031, size MSD, fabric FLA28.
- Twilight Garden dress TG055, size Unoa, fabric FTG02.
When you place an order, you will receive an e-mail with the order number and the total amount (including shipping costs) you must pay.
We accept Paypal payments and wire transfer (only for customers inside Spain). We can occasionally accept wire transfer for foreign customers, please ask.
Orders won't be confirmed until payment is received. Order and payment will be confirmed by e-mail. All our items are handmade, so it takes about 2-3 weeks to finish an order. You'll receive another e-mail with your tracking number when your order is sent.
